Asus p5kc and 1067/hyperx memory

Hello, that´s my challenge:
I´ve got a q6600, an asus p5kc and kingston hyperx 1067 memory.
I just want to run it all on 1067 MHz. What voltages must I set in bios (ok, for mem I set 2,2V, that way 889 is possible, 1067 crashes).
I also heard in another forum of settings 5-5-5-18, 12(I´m not sure)-42-10-10-10, disable static read, 1,4 for northbridge, 2,3 for ram, and one more other setting (I can´t access the post from here). - Whatever - crashed at win xp bootup with blue screen (1067 was showed by bios) - other settings so far crashed b4 even bios showed anything.
So - I don´even want to overclock - please please please can anyone help me how to run this three components stable at nominal setting ? (ok for the mainboard even 1333 would be nominal...).
