Smartmovie probleme help pls

hi leute brauche eure hilfe
habe smart movie auf dem handy alles klappt soweit
nur wenn ich ein video oder film umwandele mit sound also kein mono
dann geht smart movie einfach aus dann bin ich wieder im menu
aber wenn ich mit den gleichen einstellungen ein video umwandele nur in mono
dann habe ich kein ton aber das video geht

was mache ich da falsch
hab das handy n73

schon mal von lonelycatgames die hilfe gelesen?
würd evtl mal schaun, ob alle notwendigen codecs auf deinem pc vorhanden sind.
auf der lonelycatgames site gibts nen link zu nem codec pack.
probiers aus

man kann sogar schon 3gp für smartmovie umwandeln! das is cool ^^
