Welcome to the first mobile phone report of my 16 years of life. I'm writing this report about my new phone, the Alcatel One Touch Club db, which I got from my parents after begging for it for ages. At first they refused of course, and said I didn't need a mobile phone at my age. I convinced them after all, telling them it would be very useful for calling me and checking if I was alright, so they wouldn't have to worry. So, finally, two weeks ago I got the Alcatel One Touch Club db with a pre-paid contract as a present.
Of course pre-paid, they're afraid I might talk to my friends too much on the Alcatel One Touch Club db and they would have to pay for it; this way they have better control over it. I think the Alcatel One Touch Club db especially fits kids and teenagers because it's very easy to use.
With the Alcatel One Touch Club db you can choose either blue or gray as color. My Alcatel One Touch Club db is blue, and I like it better than the boring gray!
You can talk for about 280 minutes on the Alcatel One Touch Club db and the Alcatel One Touch Club db can be kept in standby for 130 hours. And the Alcatel One Touch Club db needs just one hour for recharging.
Now I’m going to tell you about menu functions of the Alcatel One Touch Club db:
In the sound menu you can set the ringer tone, key tone, message tone and mode. The Alcatel One Touch Club db has 15 ringer tones.
In the clock menu of the Alcatel One Touch Club db the settings for date, time, appointments, format and in the sub-menu the so called timer can be adjusted.
The phonebook function includes the sub-menus mailbox, key-pad, area codes and own number, where you can save your own number in case you forget it, and that happens sometimes at the beginning.
In the sub-menus of the service function of the Alcatel One Touch Club db you can you can configure costs, security, call diversion, signal and keypad-lock. In addition the Alcatel One Touch Club db has an address book key which also lets you save numbers quickly.
Unfortunately the display of the Alcatel One Touch Club db can only show two lines of text, so you constantly have to scroll up and down. In the last two weeks I haven't had any problems with the reception of the Alcatel One Touch Club db. You can check the quality of reception at a little bar on the display of the Alcatel One Touch Club db.
I'm sure I forgot a few details of the Alcatel One Touch Club db, so I’ll just write a new report if I remember any. After all, this is my first report, and I think the next one will certainly be better. Nevertheless I hope you enjoyed it at least a little.
