I've never been very interested in new technical developments, and even found it very convenient not to be reachable all the time like many other. Whenever I was out with the girls and they had brought their mobiles along they were constantly terrorized by their boyfriends and husbands and couldn't concentrate on anything else. But a few months ago I got in a situation where I changed my mind: my car broke down in the middle of nowhere and there wasn't a phone for miles. I had to wait for an hour until someone came along and let me use his hand phone; that's when I decided to get one for emergencies.
I bought the Alcatel One Touch Easy because it was available for a good price in combination with a pre-paid contract at the time. And I thought I could keep the costs as low as possible, thinking of myself as a lazy caller.
I couldn't have been more wrong! Only a few days after getting the Alcatel One Touch Easy my pre-paid card was almost empty. That being the result of several long test-calls to my friends and me discovering how sending SMS works and making use of it extensively.
The Alcatel One Touch Easy handles real easy and is therefore an ideal first hand phone. The Alcatel One Touch Easy doesn't have any special features and its design could be better. But it works without problems and making calls and writing SMS is made real simple.
Since I’m really not good with the technical stuff the report isn't too strong on that side. But I’m sure there are a lot of other reports that are, since I think the Alcatel One Touch Easy is sold a lot, considering the low price and ease-of-use of the Alcatel One Touch Easy.
I'm not sure if I’m really happy about having the Alcatel One Touch Easy, because I have to admit that I’ve become a little addicted to it, just like my friends. I used to be mad at them for their mobile-mania, and now I’m even worse than them! I think that if I hadn’t got the Alcatel One Touch Easy I wouldn't have been tempted to use it to the full extend. This resulted in spending a small fortune for calls and SMS that would have bought me a nice little holiday trip. Well, I don't regret buying the Alcatel One Touch Easy, even if it made me one of the hand phone addicts and costs me loads of money.
So if you belong to the group of people who've never owned a mobile and are thinking about getting one just like I did, the Alcatel One Touch Easy is a good choice. I’m sorry I couldn't give you more technical info, but I’m really not the type for that.
