Plus of the Bosch M Com 908: features and functions of the Bosch M Com 908
Minus of the Bosch M Com 908: the flap is obstructing more than protecting
I'm happy to see that the interest in this forum is growing. It’s great to exchange experiences and ideas with many different users this way. That's why I took the time today to write about my experience with the Bosch M Com 908 and share it with you.
Although I'm a fulltime mum and housewife and don't need a mobile phone for a job, keeping the household going and taking care of my three very active kids is real work. So the Bosch M Com 908 is a real godsend, I don't know what I would do without the Bosch M Com 908 anymore. Fortunately two months ago my husband had the brilliant idea to get me a D1-contract (German provider) and surprise me with the Bosch M Com 908 one day. Of course I hadn't bothered to get familiar with hand phones before and accordingly didn't do so well at handling the Bosch M Com 908 at first.
Luckily the Bosch M Com 908 has a very simple and logic menu structure, understandable even for beginners, and even the instructions manual is so easy a kid could use it. And that's exactly what my 7 year old daughter did, she immediately saw the Bosch M Com 908 as her new toy. Only with a great effort could I stop her from starting to make calls right away.
When I look at the design of the Bosch M Com 908 I would say that the otherwise compact and straight shape is disrupted by the antenna, which will break easily, just like the flap.
They should develop a hand phone for stressed out mothers who can't stop their kids from playing with things that break easily in their hands. Meaning: after just one week the flap of my Bosch M Com 908 broke off, this time it was my 2 year old son who proudly showed me his work of art - a Bosch M Com 908, naked version.
Ideal for making kids' eyes sparkle is the graphic display of the Bosch M Com 908, and very good method for getting their attention away from other things. And I like the Bosch M Com 908's low weight since I already got enough stuff to carry around with the kids.
The price of the Bosch M Com 908 seems to be quite low as well, I don't know what it costs exactly, and my husband didn't want to tell me. But judging by his satisfied face expression it must have been really cheap.
He just loves to make bargains like that and then is very proud of himself.
Next time one of my kids destroys the good old Bosch M Com 908 I want a model without a flap. Constantly having the Bosch M Com 908 sent in for repairs is getting on my nerves, and the ones of the Bosch customer service too, probably.
