An exclusive preview: espionage around the LG G 5200!
Plus of the LG G 5200: GPRS, WAP-push, weight
Minus of the LG G 5200: no Bluetooth
LG is presenting its newcomer LG G 5200 behind closed doors, and the strategy seems to work: we are anxiously awaiting the launch of the LG G 5200 at the end of the summer, brand new from Korea.
Silver isn't only the color of astronautics but also of the new LG G 5200: the design of the LG G 5200 fits this image; vanguard and spacey to attract a young customer group. Maybe the Koreans even change their whole strategy with the LG G 5200, start a fashion-maneuver: how about that, Deep Purple?
Already the scope of supply of the LG G 5200 sounds promising: a charging set for globetrotters and others, people who visit their grandma with the LG G 5200 will be satisfied, an additional battery and last but not least: a headset for the virtual call function ("Hey, he's talking to the road!).
The LG G 5200 will be a niche product, with its solid equipment and likeable possibilities of communication it will be placed in the middle price class, between the high-upper-class product G 7000 and the toy-phone B 1200. The motto: hooray to the happy medium! The market share of the Korean Manufacturer seems to speak for itself, also because of the LG G 5200...
A promising and original handy, this LG G 5200!
Even the Koreans seem to have learned about the GPRS-data-turbo now. The LG G 5200 features high-speed data transfer and has no problems with connections to a PC, etc.
That's what the infrared-interface (IrDA) of the LG G 5200 is for. The LG G 5200 is a dual-band mobile phone, the way to Europe seems to be long enough for the LG G 5200 and it won't reach America.
The LG G 5200 has a flap-mechanism by the way, weighs only 80g, and is in pretty good shape (84 x 45 x 19,5mm). Yes, we all long for the amazing LG G 5200 in silver.
The tiny antenna won't disturb the overall appearance of the LG G 5200, since the rest is okay and the reception works. We are already spoiled by the quality of reception of the predecessors of the LG G 5200.
The LG G 5200 distinguishes itself through good picture quality, EMS-messaging is supposed to be very easy according to LG Electronics. And two displays of the LG G 5200, internal and external, with a resolution of 128 x 128 and 64 x 64 pixels, sound very interesting. The T9 dictionary is very useful function that can't be missing the LG G 5200.
The LG G 5200 can be illuminated in seven different colors to identify different callers on the display of the LG G 5200. Of course the user has to personalize this feature first.
The polymer-ion battery has a high output: 780 mAh. This means 150 hours standby or 150 minutes of calls.
The LG G 5200 pampers its owner with polyphonic ringer tones, download-fun, individual user-pictures and logos. And the LG G 5200 will help you keep old friendships going with its large address book for 200 contacts...
If there are any surprises, and we do believe there will be some, considering the LG G 5200, we'll keep you posted. Lots of anticipation!!
