Cons of Panasonic G50: weak battery
Look at Panasonics mini mobile! Tiny little 80 x 42 x 18 mm and only 75 g! Hope Panasonic G50 does not get blown away. For reasons that would take to long to explain now, I was lucky and got Panasonic G50 weeks before it hit the market. Since that day a smile comes onto my face when ever I look at Panasonic G50.
Panasonic G50 features a huge color screen with 4,096 different colors and a resolution of 118 x 64 pixels. Thus, Panasonic G50 matches its competitors like Nokia.
Of course, with Panasonic G50 you can send and receive SMS as well as EMS! The sound quality has been greatly improved with Panasonic G50: No noise in the line at all.
Panasonic G50 'combines high-class technology and quality means of communication in a compact, breath taking design', at least that's what Panasonic says about it.
By and large, I'd agree with Panasonic - if it wasn't for the battery of Panasonic G50, which is a regular Li-Ion battery. Where is the high-class technology here? There are batteries out with a way higher efficiency! But then, the battery of Panasonic G50 is said to provide 7.9 hours of talking time, which is pretty good. The stand-by time averages at about 230 hours.
But this is about the only complaint I have about Panasonic G50. It is a Tri Band device and thus makes you available anywhere in the world. Also, Panasonic G50 features W@P.The reception quality of Panasonic G50 is good. The polyphonic ringing tones, which can be personally created via the melody editor as well, make you forget about all other (tiny) flaws of Panasonic G50.
So give it a try - Panasonic G50 is worth it!
