The Sagem MY X 5M is an outsider of the range of mobiles and not noticed enough. That's why I write this user-report about the Sagem MY X 5M. I have had the Sagem MY X 5M since my mother passed away. But you can read on, I haven't kept the Sagem MY X 5M for mere personal and sentimental reasons: the Sagem MY X 5M really isn't as bad as everybody says.
Hooray to the Sagem MY X 5M: a dual-band mobile, which answers to the frequencies GSM 900 and 1800 with the so-called roaming effect. But at this point I have to address the manufacturer of the Sagem MY X 5M: I don't know why I’m regularly kicked out of the transmission range during calls with the Sagem MY X 5M. This characteristic of the Sagem MY X 5M is really getting on my nerves. Although this error isn't necessarily the fault of the Sagem MY X 5M, but I wanted to state it here out of fairness.
The Sagem MY X 5M has optical similarities with its Nokia colleagues, but I still like the Sagem MY X 5M in silver with a blue-illuminated display. The keypad of the Sagem MY X 5M is easy to use and responds precisely. But I'm not sure whether the Sagem MY X 5M has an ergonomic keypad, I just don't know enough about that.
Navigating the well-structured menu of the Sagem MY X 5M won't cause you any headaches. So you can skip going through the instructions manual of the Sagem MY X 5M, which is pretty good by the way.
The Sagem MY X 5M comes with a Li-on battery of average performance, which covers my demands. If you call longer than 240 minutes with the Sagem MY X 5M you will be in trouble. After 3 days of standby the Sagem MY X 5M will also pack up and have to be recharged.
Vibratory alarm, an absolute necessity, calculator and small organizer are included in the Sagem MY X 5M. The 101 x 80 pixels resolution display of the Sagem MY X 5M shines strong and rich in contrast.
The Sagem MY X 5M isn't constructed very robustly, you have to be careful with the Sagem MY X 5M: so no dropping or stuff like that with the Sagem MY X 5M. The fact that the covers of the Sagem MY X 5M cannot be exchanged is one more reason to be careful; I want to keep the Sagem MY X 5M as a loyal companion for some more time.
