With the Samsung SGH S100 I gave the brand names like Siemens, Nokia, Ericsson and the like a good dressing down. And they say my Samsung SGH S100 isn't worth a straw, but I can't complain about the technical side as well as the up to date innovation of the Samsung SGH S100.
We'll get to the little weaknesses of the Samsung SGH S100 later. I got the Samsung SGH S100 because I didn't want to be part of the bragging of my friends about "MY Nokia" and "MY Siemens" etc.....
I recommend the Samsung SGH S100 to you for the following reasons, because I don't want to be the sole owner of this masterpiece.
Actually the Samsung SGH S100 already got me from the moment when I opened the package, like in past times when I still believed in Santa Claus. Because in the supplied surprise bag is not only the Samsung SGH S100, but far more. Included in the price are an additional battery - a backup so to say, the charging-set, a data-cable for a serial infrared connection with the Samsung SGH S100, several voluminous manuals which hold every technical and other secret of the Samsung SGH S100, a head-set (very important for jogging with the Samsung SGH S100 for example) and last but not least a generous software-package for the Samsung SGH S100.
With a little tuning - very easy due to the wizard - the Samsung SGH S100 offers extra-fun like the beaming of ringer tones and the downloading of pictures which can be used as screen-savers for the Samsung SGH S100.
And I almost forgot the fun-box:

Accordingly the Samsung SGH S100 is difficult to operate, in spite of a well-structured and therefore simple-to-navigate menu of the Samsung SGH S100.
But the display of the Samsung SGH S100 is big enough even for wearers of glasses (a resolution of 160x128pixels and umpteen thousand colors on the screen of the Samsung SGH S100 speak for themselves)!
I can't say anything negative about the quality of sound and reception of the Samsung SGH S100. Au contraire, the creating of individual melodies wouldn't be so much fun if the Samsung SGH S100 wasn't well prepared for that....
And by the way, I haven't found an area of bad reception yet; even tunnels can't get to the Samsung SGH S100. This is probably the only advantage of the otherwise annoying antenna of the Samsung SGH S100.
But I’ve been told that it can be replaced with a smaller, less noticeable one that emphasizes the sporty character of the Samsung SGH S100. Just like covers for the Samsung SGH S100 are available in shops, as a little treat.
But the Samsung SGH S100 actually doesn't need it: the design of the Samsung SGH S100 is very attractive and the Samsung SGH S100 is notably handy, soft in your hand, adjusts to every situation (even pants).
For the sake of the Samsung SGH S100 I can only recommend a sprint to the next phone shop!
