As the name already tells, the Sony CMD Z7 is the successor of the Sony CMD Z5. To my very personal delight, the Sony CMD Z7 does not have an external antenna anymore! They made it, finally Sony integrated the antenna of the Sony CMD Z7 in its body! Believe me, there is no negative impact on the reception quality of the Sony CMD Z7.
Design and shape of the Sony CMD Z7 are very felicitous. The Sony CMD Z7 looks very elegant and individual.
The keypad-flap of the Sony CMD Z7 preserves the Sony CMD Z7 from dirt and accidental accessing.
The Sony CMD Z7 is equipped with a Lithium-Ion battery. The stand-by time of the Sony CMD Z7 mounts up to about 170 hours, whereas the talk time adds up to 5 hours. This numbers have been proven right, which is not always the case.
Operating the Sony CMD Z7 works via a "Jog-Dialler". After only a short period u'll get used to it, satisfaction guaranteed!

Something special about the Sony CMD Z7, u can even look at HTML pages on the net.
The sound quality of the Sony CMD Z7 is very good indeed. Same with the reception quality, although this rather depends on the network than on the Sony CMD Z7.
All in all I am really satisfied with the Sony CMD Z7. If there was an IrDA-interface, I'd be even more pleased.
