Test report and technical data Motorola CD 930
Special thanks to my brother for Motorola cd930!
Pros of Motorola cd930: long durability
Cons of Motorola cd930: no pictures, small selection of ringing tones
Hi guys,
a year ago my brother gave me his Motorola cd930 because he got himself a new mobile. Motorola cd930 was rather cheap, compared to nowadays cell phones.
My Motorola cd930 used to be black, but since it was used a lot, in some places the paint has worn off, so it is a little dotted now.
Motorola cd930 is not one of the most functional cell phones, but it will certainly do for texting and making phone calls.
The memory capacity of Motorola cd930 lasts to save 100 phone numbers, plus 50 more that can be saved on the SIM card. Furthermore, one can record voice messages with up to three minutes length and save up to 15 SMSs, containing 160 letters each.
Since Motorola cd930 features hardly anything, the ease of use is great. Unfortunately, Motorola cd930 does not provide a single game.
I am such a game fan, though! Whenever I buy a new mobile for myself, I will get one that features a whole lot of games. Nokia offers the most games; I saw that on my buddy's mobile.
But then my Motorola cd930 is so solid, not even I have managed to break it yet, and I am good at breaking stuff. Nobody will ever lend me anything again. Motorola cd930 has always worked, something that cannot be said about nowadays mobiles.
Motorola cd930's battery will last about 100 hours in stand - by mode, sometimes more, sometimes less. It is really hard to evaluate when the phone needs to be charged again. Even when Motorola cd930 asks to be charged urgently, it might still run for another 15 hours.
One has to get used to it, then it will work. One important fact about Motorola cd930's battery is that it must always be completely empty before it may be charged again. Otherwise the so called 'memory effect' will occur, that damages the battery's durability.
Motorola cd930 is perfect for 'old-timers', while it cannot stand up to modern mobiles. I would not recommend it, but the Motorola cd930 is off the market for quite a while now anyway.
I still thank my brother for Motorola cd930, though; at least I can make phone calls and appointments now.
See you later.
