Good, because I need to tell you something about Motorola V66i. I own Motorola V66i for quite a while now. I have used it to listen to music a lot; still I never tried all of Motorola V66i's many features.
All in all, I am very satisfied with Motorola V66i, especially because of its music features that are most important to me.
Motorola V66i features some advantages that its predecessors did not have. Also, Motorola V66i's efficiency has been improved. Thus, I was pretty surprised when my aunt, who knows nothing about technical matters, advised me not to buy Motorola V66i. Turns out, she was actually talking about Motorola V66, and there I could clearly understand her point. Motorola V66i is pretty cool, though.
The battery of Motorola V66i lasts up to 63 hours in stand - by mode. It is also very light-weighed, one can barely feel its 82 g (I do free climbing; a phone that is heavier than Motorola V66i was out of question).
Very useful is Motorola V66i's USB interface to connect it to one's PC. Since Motorola V66i is a TriBand device, it is apt greatly for those who like to travel to the U.S. But Motorola V66i offers even more. So is the internet access in Motorola V66i GPRS supported, great for the transfer of data between Motorola V66i and one's PC.
USB and infra red interface of Motorola V66i are sufficient to transfer smaller amount of data and to download from the internet. Downloading and transferring bigger amounts of data can be very difficult. One should not do so, anyway. It is rather expensive (GPRS is charged for by amount of data transferred)!
For business people and those with a bad memory (hello, auntie!), Motorola V66i's voice note tool comes quite handy. Three messages of 30 seconds length can be recorded. Furthermore, there is my all time favorite feature of Motorola V66i. There is a radio integrated into Motorola V66i so all I need to do is to plug in my earphones and start my power walk. While I am entertained by the music, I am still available on Motorola V66i. The reception of both radio channels and phone calls is usually very good.
Motorola V66i is quite a toy! First, Motorola V66i provides four games and second one can download ringing tones from the internet or become creative oneself and compose ringing tones. There are enough gadgets in Motorola V66i to never become bored again.
Unfortunately, the keypad must be handled very gently (watch out, guys), since the keys of Motorola V66i are way too small - but soooo soft! Make sure to pet Motorola V66i every day.
Motorola V66i's manual looks quite big, but it is well arranged. The complete index of Motorola V66i's manual makes it possible to understand Motorola V66i and all its features. Although comprehensible, it will take a while, because Motorola V66i has got a lot of features!
This would be a very biased review if I did not mention negative aspects of Motorola V66i.
First of all, Motorola V66i's voice dial function leaves room for improvement. It happens quite frequently that one will have to dial, instead.
I sort of miss an integrated DigiCam, too. What you can do is to hook up Motorola V66i with an external camera and thus send pictures via GPRS.
In case one owns a comparatively old note book, one should not mind Motorola V66i's lacking Blue Tooth function.
Still, Motorola V66i is an amazing device that provides countless possibilities.
But why don't you try it yourself? Don't believe your aunts and purchase Motorola V66i. It is so much fun.
