For I am not a sophisticated mobile user, I only want to state some facts concerning Motorola V2288 that seem interesting to me. I do not mean to bore you.
Overall, I am quite pleased by Motorola V2288, although it is no especially remarkable device. I have purchased it anyway. It would not make sense to state all the features that Motorola V2288 is missing. One thing that is really annoying about Motorola V2288 is its menu. It takes too long to find anything in the menu.
After being irritated for a while by Motorola V2288's menu, I focused on Motorola V2288’s quick menu, which allows me to SMS, surf the internet and check on the remaining battery stand - by time (which decreases quickly when surfing).
In order to prevent Motorola V2288's battery from the so called memory effect that damages the battery's durability, one has to let it run completely empty before it can be recharged again.
Motorola V2288 also provides T9 text construction soft ware that supports its messaging system. Apparently, a W@P browser is also integrated into Motorola V2288, but I could not find it in the menu until today. I gave up looking for it although my friend told me that, once you made the W@P function work, the data transfer is not bad and rather fast, too.
A great feature of Motorola V2288 is its capability to receive radio channels. In case of an incoming call, Motorola V2288's radio will switch itself off so one can talk.
As I said earlier, I am quite a layperson when it comes to cell phones, so I cannot tell you much more about it. Motorola V2288's design really needs improvement. Its cover is made of rubber which gives Motorola V2288 a cheap exterior. Honestly, I am reminded of a jellyfish whenever I look at Motorola V2288.
