Thanks for your offer to help translate MPAS to german.
That was not a joke and i'm really from SAGEM ;-)
So here is the idea :
First I send you the MPAS.rc file that contains all the texts that appears in My Pictures And Sounds, in every language available
(see attached file)
You can edit this file, either with a text editor like Notepad, or (if you have it) with Microsoft Visual Studio or C++ 6.0
In this file, you will see a section delimited with
/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
// German (Germany) resources
...
#endif // German (Germany) resources
/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
every text that appears in this section between "quotes" in english should be translated to german
You can also check the other English and French sections to help you in your translation.
Return to me the modified MPAS.rc file when you're done translated
I will then merge your translations, eventually checking with you the translations you missed
After that, i will send to some of you a beta release of MPAS including your translations so you can check they appear correctly on screen
This beta release must stay confidential and should not be released publicly !
Your translations will also be checked internally by some people understanding german at SAGEM.
To prevent spread of beta releases of MPAS and to simplify my task, I might also decide to work with only one of you, based on his seriousness, on the quality and rapidity of his translation.
