Speed up tool????

Ich habe von einem Speed up gehört das Overnet/edonkey schneller machen soll.

-HedgeHog's Speed Hack

Es soll unter anderem dafür sorgen das man schnellstmöglich in den warteschlangen nach vorn kommt, da es wohl die zeit manipuliert.


Den Bericht Poste ich mal mit, ist aber leider in Englisch.


Wer hat damit schon erfahrungen gemacht, was haltet ihr davon?

How to speed up eDonkey
-----------------------

Are you tired of waiting for the donkey to set a connection up
because it asks only a few nodes at a time and the rest is "unasked" ?
You have a fast connection such as Cable/DSL or faster ?
I got rid of this problem by using a "speed hack", your computer
thinks that time passes a lot faster (It's funny to see the time pass
in the taskbar :-D), and eDonkey will work a lot faster.
Just download the following file: speed hack -HH-.zip
open it and extract it to a directory on your harddisk. If you are
using NT/Win2k you mus copy the .sys and .dll files to c:\winnt\system32
respectively c:\windows\system32. Now run the .exe file.
Move the slidebar to the right and press "Set speed" to speed up. Press
the "Normal" Button to set the speed back to normal. Then you can minimize
to systray.
Don't wonder about low KB/s ratings, that is because one second is
significant shorter than before ;-).
I'll recommend a speed of 15000 to 17500 because at higher speeds the
computer could crash. 15000 works just fine for me (no crash since i use it).
Only at 20000 it crashed once. (I'm using Windows XP).

Ne den Text habe ich so bekommen.

Ich Werde das Programm mal ein Paar tage Testen..

Habe Cacheman über Nacht probiert...muss sagen bin überascht,
Hat vorher so im schnitt 40-50% meiner Downloads geladen...sauge ich nun 90% der Downloads....lädt also alles (fast) was ich so drinn habe.
Chaceman ist unter anderem ein Racover Memory Tool das im hintergrund läuft.
Den Hack werde ich mal testen,aber momantan hilft Cachnceman ganz gut......


PS.

Wer den Hack mal ausprobiren möchte, kann ja bescheid sagen, ich habe den gestern gefunden.Ihr könnte ja evtl. einen Testbericht Posten, ich bin da net so gut drinn.

Ansonsten bin ich mit Cacheman ganz zufrieden da er mir Overnet Optimiert hat....Läuft jetzt viiiel besser

hab schon versucht ndir zu mailen aber hat nicht funktioniert (falsche e-mail adresse?).
egal, ich würd auch gern mal dieses cacheman- ding und/oder das andere tool ausprobieren. bitte poste doch mal die links dazu oder scheib sie mir per e-mail.

Also das Speed Up-tool funktioniert so, dass du dich quasi in der Warteschlange vordrängelst! Es schadet also der community!

Kann man in einigen threads nachlesen, musst einfach mal suchen,...

Wie stellt mann Cacheman xp perfekt ein habe bereits mehrer kombinationen versucht sehe aber kaum veränderungen!
Vielleicht könntest du die mal Posten!
