So first of all, I don't know whats going on with my 3310, it's always getting off... and when i want to make it on, it gets off...

what could it be??

Maybe the Firware could it be. Try to flash a newer in your phone in a shop.

I had the same problem.
You must give a paper clip (or another small and hard thing) between the accu and the Phone (by the SIM-Card)
