Du musst in der Registry unter:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ System\ CurrentControlSet\ Services\ LanmanServer\ Parameters
den Wert "AutoShareWks" auf 0 setzen.
Sonst sind sie nach jedem neustart wieder da.
