Changes/improvements made from MCU SW v 5.35 to v 5.40:
- EDGE:
- When switching off the phone during EDGE transfer, a detach request
is sent to the network

- XHTLM:
- Alignment improvement in Hebrew xHTML pages. Texts containing
mixture of Latin and Hebrew characters as well as tables with Hebrew
characters are presented correctly. On xHTML pages it is possible to
focus on Hebrew links.

- When listening to the Music Player using HDS-3 or HS-3 headsets, remote
button can be used to stop the music

- The radio is muted until the call is ended when using voice dialling in
conjunction with car kit Carkit-126

- Improvement when adjusting the volume while playing certain types of
video

- Improvement when streaming from emblaze server

- Timing improvement in Java MIDP 2.0 downloading
